The Humble Petition of Bridget Shea of Norfolk aforesaid the Widow of the said deceased
Sheweth
That the said Thomas Shea departed this life on or about the first day of October One thousand eight hundred and fifty four intestate leaving him surviving Your Petitioner and three Children the only persons entitled in distribution to his personal Estate and Effects.
That the said deceased had whilst living and at the time of his decease goods chattels and Credits within the Colony of New South Wales.
Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that Your Honors will be pleased to Grant to Your Petitioner Letters of Administration of the Effects of the said deceased.
And Your petitioner will ever pray &c

This is the last Will and Testament of Bridget Shea of Murrumburrah in the Colony of New South Wales Widow I do give and bequeath to my grandchild Bridget Ann Shea the daughter of my son Michael Shea the allotment of land in Murrumburrah Where I am at present living and I also give and bequeath to my Grand child Mary Jane Shea also the daughter of my son Michael Shea the Allotment of Land situated on the West side of the before mentioned allotment and which I have bequeathed in this will to my grand child Bridget Ann Shea I also give and Bequeath to my son Michael Shea the Note of hand for the sum of forty pounds which I lent to my son John Shea with all Interest due and also ten pounds which John Shea drew out of the Bank
