This is the last Will and Testament of me Lachlan McLucas formerly of Bulladelah in the Colony of New South Wales Farmer but now an inmate of the Maitland Hospital I appoint Frederick Allen Shepherd Bowden of West Maitland in the said Colony Solicitor Executor and Trustee of this my Will I appoint give devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever to which I may be Entitled or which I may have power to dispose of at my deceased (including any hereditaments or property vested in me upon any trusts or on mortgage subject to the equities affecting the same) unto and to the use of my nephew Duncan McGilvray of casino in the said Colony Farmer I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Lachlan McLucas have to this my Will set my hand this Eighth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety five
