The recording of your fathers voice, the telling of stories, is something in itself a peice of irreplaceable history. What a great opportunity you have. Be sure to keep a few backups in different places of the digital recording.

Just pop along to a electronics store or 2 and see what they have. (many mobile phones even record voice) Also check out google/ebay - i saw a few secondhands ones for around $50.]]></description>
